After our rainy week in Wales, we headed up to our Yurt in Scotland. 5 hours after we got in the car, we arrived! The whole family was excited to check out the Yurt. Ella and I have stayed in yurts with the Girl Scouts, but nothing like this one. It had a stove, table, makeshift kitchen, and bunk beds. After loading in all our gear, Miles and Ella quickly called dibs on the top bunks. While we waited for dinner to cook, the kids and I played a little garage. After dinner, we enjoyed the scenery with a campfire, and we even sang some songs.
In the morning, we noticed a visitor come by our place. Danny, the horse, stopped by hoping for a breakfast treat. We went by later and fed the horses some carrots.
